Keep reusable text separate from your current Draft
Draft is where you shape text now. Snippets hold text worth using again. Saving a Draft as a Snippet preserves the body exactly, including literal template placeholders.
Add tag metadata
Organize saved text with tags such as reply or client. Tags never become part of copied body text.
Keep creation order stable
Compact Snippets are ordered by creation time, so editing body text does not unexpectedly move an item.
Find the right Snippet by text or tag
Search body text and saved #tag metadata together. Multiple tag terms narrow results, while hashtags typed in the body remain ordinary body text.

Choose how saved text returns to your workflow
Duplicate to Draft
Replace Draft with the selected Snippet body so you can make temporary changes. The saved source stays unchanged.
Append to Draft
Add the selected body after current Draft text and stay in Snippets. Placeholders remain literal.
Quick Copy
Copy the body only when you ask. If it contains variables, Scriby opens a local fill-in step before delivery.
Duplicate, append, save, search, preview, and edit never write to the clipboard. Copy is always a separate, explicit action.
Review saved text without hiding the rest
Expanded Snippets can sort newest first, oldest first, or by a memory curve. Review sort keeps every Snippet visible: due items appear first, then future items rotate by oldest review time.
In Pro review sort, a sufficiently visible full-body row can record a local review after two seconds, at most once per Snippet per local day. Review metadata stays with Scriby data, exports, and backups.
Up to 50 Snippets are included free
Free keeps search, tags, full-body previews, review sorting, editing, Copy, deletion, export, and manual backups. At the 50-Snippet limit, existing text remains available; Scriby only blocks creation or a Free Import or Restore that would exceed the limit.
